  Upon arrival discovered air con unit was broken, toilet facilities not cleaned, used toilet paper in the bowl, bed linen dusty and stained. When approached manager with concerns was rudely replied to and pretty much told if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else which we did with pleasure. Management staff lack people skills and did not like being approached by a paying customer with concerns. All round bad customer service. Will not be staying there again under current management.

  Nice clean cabin with a comfy bed & good TV � would recommend staying here!
